Cities Connected, Competition Without Borders
Asian City Riichi Mahjong Championship is an international tournament organized by the Hong Kong Mahjong Association under the guidance of the International Mahjong Federation.
Elite players from major Asian cities will gather in Hong Kong to compete in Riichi Mahjong. The event adopts HK‑League rules with three Red Fives, and features a broadcasted featured table plus NAGA log review.
The total prize pool is up to HKD 16,000, with multiple placement awards and a single‑match MVP.
We invite representative teams from cities across the region to participate, fostering cross‑regional exchange and raising the level of competition.
Championship Details
Dates: June 26–28 (Fri–Sun)
Rules: HK‑L Rules (Full Chinese Ver ; Abstract on the first three pages) (Differences from other rule sets)
Pax: 52 players
Entry Fee: HKD 500
Note: The tournament will feature one live‑broadcast table. All broadcast matches will include NAGA Log. (HKMA Riichi NAGA archive)
